Voting for "Change" tomorrow

I usually don't express my political views publicly, but tomorrow is such an important milestone for me. It will mark the very FIRST time I have ever voted for a president of the United States of America. Tomorrow, I want to make sure I am part of history.
I have been following the Obama campaign since the beginning and to say I am emotionaly invested in the outcome is an understatement. Why Obama?
I believe it comes down to simply this:

"The Future vs. The Past"

I am NOT voting for Barrack Obama because he is Black. I am NOT voting for Barrack Obama because he is a Democrat. I am NOT voting for Barrack Obama cause his birthday happens to fall on the same day as mine :-)
I am voting for Barrack Obama because of what he represents most.

"CHANGE"

I believe its what America needs right now. The last 8 years with Bush really destroyed our great standing with the rest of the world. I believe Barrack Obama can finally help start healing all our International relationships.
I also appreciate that Barrack Obama is a thinker first. When a sudden problem comes up, he assesses and analyzes the situation and only then does he determine the best approach and solution. He is not a reactionary and doesn't just go with his "gut". What do you guys think?

Happy Halloween!!!

Happy Halloween everybody... I'm not sure if Halloween is a worldwide event and if you guys celebrate it like we do here in the states. If so, I expect photos from all of you :-)
As soon as I get dressed, I will post my costume for you.
Here's a little clue though. It's a blast from the past and you have probably seen this costume before.

I'm Back!!!

After a much needed and long hiatus, I will be posting bi-weekly on this blog for the next month or so. This is to make up for the lost time. I'm sorry it took so long. I really look forward to being back. We have a lot of good things to discuss :-)

Thank you guys sooo much for my birthday messages. I was hoping my 35th birthday would be a special one: It contains my two favorite numbers "3" and "5". I am glad that this wish came true. Your messages helped lift my spirits and put a huge grin on my face. I really hope to see ALL of you soon.
